Fuzziwig’s Candy Factory and Sweets From Heaven stores sell bulk candy, “nostalgic” candies, small toys, plush items (i.e. Beenie Babies and the like) and soft drinks. In some stores- ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn and caramel apples. Offered in a themed environment providing a fun and enjoyable experience for children and adults of all ages.” We strive to identify new trends in Candy and Gifts and stock these items in our Stores before they may be widely available elsewhere, giving customers a reason to visit our Stores frequently, to discover the latest trends in Candy and Gift items. Each Store features bright colors, music, decorative pieces that suggest imitation candy-making machines and an “amusement park” atmosphere for children and adults to enjoy while they shop.

Optimal store size	Range 700 sq ft - 1200 sq ft
Preferred locations	Major regional, Super Regional Mega Malls, high end-high traffic Outlet Centers, sales per sq ft averages of $300.00 or better, locations near center court or children’s areas i.e. playgrounds, clothing games etc. In smaller centers Fuzziwig’s Candy Factory should be only bulk candy venue.
Desired co-tenants	Major department stores preferably higher end, not discounters (i.e. Wal Mart, Target, K Mart)
Types of stores	Fuzziwig’s Candy Factory Inc. operates company owned stores and offers franchises. Future stores will be primarily franchise owned with new company owned stores being concentrated in selected markets.
Desired terms	Initial 5-year lease with two 5-year renewals
